  8. Your use of TUGZip indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.

  10. TUGZip VERSION 3.4 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  12. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:
  13. This TUGZip End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between
  14. you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Author of the SOFTWARE
  15. identified above.

  17. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
  18.    The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
  19.    royalty-free license to use the executable code of the SOFTWARE on your
  20.    computer as long as the terms of this agreement are respected.

  22. 2. DISTRIBUTION.
  23.    You are hereby licensed to make copies of the SOFTWARE as you wish; give
  24.    exact copies of the original SOFTWARE to anyone; and distribute the
  25.    SOFTWARE in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, BBS's,
  26.    Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). You may charge a
  27.    distribution fee for the package, but you must not represent in any way
  28.    that you are selling the SOFTWARE itself. Your distribution of the SOFTWARE
  29.    will not entitle you to any compensation from the Author. You must
  30.    distribute a copy of this EULA with any copy of the SOFTWARE and anyone to
  31.    whom you distribute the SOFTWARE is subject to this EULA.

  33. 3. MAINTENANCE.
  34.    The Author is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the
  35.    SOFTWARE. However, any maintenance or updates provided by The Author
  36.    shall be covered by this Agreement.

  38. 4. TERMINATION.
  39.    Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author may terminate this EULA
  40.    if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such
  41.    event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.

  43. 5. COPYRIGHT.
  44.    The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty
  45.    provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in
  46.    the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and
  47.    full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of
  48.    the Author and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as
  49.    expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the
  50.    SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in
  51.    the SOFTWARE.

  53. 6. WARRANTIES.
  54.    The Author expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. THE
  55.    SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
  56.    WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  57.    INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
  58.    MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
  59.    NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
  60.    COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
  61.    LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR
  62.    OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
  63.    SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
